At the beginning, we clarify your concerns and your goals together. The total duration of a psychological counselling journey can vary depending on the issue and is determined by you.
Some of my clients seek shorter counselling (usually 5-10 sessions), others seek long-term support spanning several months, still others regularly use online psychological counselling as a neutral, safe space to sort their thoughts and to realign.
I usually recommend to start with weekly appointments over 5-10 weeks, followed by "booster" sessions if necessary. Likewise, one-time consultations such as long-term support are conceivable.
